Mike Watkins launched Integrated Billboard Solutions to bring a client-first approach to billboard development in New Zealand. With over a decade of experience in outdoor media and 20+ years in creative and production agencies, Mike combines strategic expertise with hands-on delivery.
He has held senior roles including NZ Country Head at JCDecaux (2016–2023) and CEO of MediaWorks Outdoor (2023–2025) - leading major billboard projects nationwide, from digital screens to large-scale networks.
Earlier in his career, Mike worked with top agencies including M&C Saatchi, DDB, Ogilvy, DesignWorks, and Film Construction, building a reputation for excellence and strong client outcomes.
Today, he leads Integrated Billboard Solutions with a clear focus: accurate budgeting, clear timelines, consistent communication, and projects delivered right- from start to finish.
